Avocado Banana Chocolate Pudding

Kids can help assemble and measure the ingredients for this easy sweet treat that also packs a nutritional punch, thanks to the banana and avocado.

Ingredients

1 avocado, peel and pit removed
1 banana, peel removed
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions 

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Divide among four bowls or custard dishes.

Per Serving

Serves four; serving size is 1/2 cup. Each serving provides: 137 calories, 6 g total fat (1 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 0 mg cholesterol, 5 mg sodium, 21 g total carbohydrates, 5 g dietary fiber, 16 g sugar, and 2 g protein.

Note: Try garnishing with extra banana slices.
