Peewee Pizzas

Peewee pizzas are easy for you to make on your own when you get home from school. Ask a parent to slice the veggies and chicken for you at the beginning of the week so all you have to do is grab them from the fridge!

Directions

  1. Lay out several whole-wheat crackers.

  2. Lay a piece of baby spinach and a slice of tomato on half of the crackers.

  3. On the rest of the crackers, place a few small pieces of low-fat chicken and onion. Sprinkle all of the crackers with your favorite cheese.

  4. Put the “pizzas” in the microwave and heat until the cheese is melted.
